We are authorized dealer for all the brands that we stock. All our items come in original packaging with manufacturer warranties and original leaflets (where provided). Terms and conditions of the guarantees vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are described in detail in each watch’s product description, , but generally each watch is guaranteed for 24 months. The worldwide guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Official worldwide guarantees ensure that the watches can be taken to any authorized dealers, both in Spain and abroad.
Watches are insured during the shipping until reaching the customer.

You can even pick up your watch from our phisycal store in Cáceres. The pick up is free of charge. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Our products are shipped by DHL Express (Europe Union Countries)-From 24 hours to 48 hours, UPS Express, MRW,Correos. When your order is shipped, we'll send you an e-mail containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow the progress of your shipment on the Internet at all times.
Orders shipped by DHL, UPS, MRW can be tracked at their own sites.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), you get the possibility to return the product within 10 days. Starting on the day after receipt of the product(s) ordered by or on behalf of the consumer.
When returning a product, a copy of the invoice is required. Products that have been returned without a copy of the invoice are not accepted.
Please return the item you purchased in the original new and unused condition, unworn and unaltered, in their original packaging, with all original paperwork, blank warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. Upon receipt of returned item, we’ll fully inspect the product and if it comes back in the original new and unused condition, we’ll process refund. We cannot accept returns on items with visible signs of wear, abuse, or otherwise altered or tampered with.
Please note that watch can be dinged and scratched even if you wear it for only a few hours. We cannot accept a return of any item with any signs of wear if you expect refund.
Returning products are only accepted by us if these have been announced in advance and if the shipment costs have been entirely paid for by the customer.
If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable issue or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact onewatchforyou.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
Our stock changes constantly. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. We will notice you the time we need to process the order and shipment. If we don´t have the watch you are buying in our stock, we will take from 2 to 10 days to get the piece from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that we are authorized dealer and we are able to make the process shorter. We work hard to ship your order as fast as we can.
